John Edward's Legal Record..You Decide!!!!

So much has been made of trial Lawyers saying they are bad for America.  I found this in my search for truth.  As a law student, it is my duty to find the truth, and John is a lawyers' lawyer.  Nothing shyster like here, he is good, no, great for America.  If I was sick or injured and needed a lawyer, which happens, he is my man, my pick of all the lawyers running.
He will make a fine president.

To start a successful third party movement

What does it take to start a successful third party movement in the United States? There has been only one successful third political party in entire history of the United States. That party, the modern Republican Party, started in 1854, and took 6 years and two presidential nominations, (1856/ John Fremont and 1860/ Abraham Lincoln) to evolve and develop their central theme, and successfully elect a presidential candidate. Their success has been suggested to be their simplicity and cohesive issue of a single theme, that of anti-slavery, that united and unified the many differing factions and political points of view of the quickly growing and changing nation at that time. Mr. Lincoln took almost 3 years to even join the movement and another year to be comfortable with the use of the new name, Republican Party, finally hanging up his Whig Party association. This new party he helped forge into a national movemnet was the modern Republican Party. The general feeling of the American national electorate is in transition again, and may be finally ready for a new political party and new transformation? The modern Republican Party's factionalization made possible the election of Bill Clinton in 1992. Are the people of the United States ready for truth and honesty to be in politics. And, are we to be slaves to a continuous cycle of Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton, and corporate/special interest party pandering politicians. What do you think, neighbors?. (The use of modern Republican Party is in contrast to the National Republican Party also known as the Democratic-Republican Party of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.)

Where Art Thou Oh American Patriot

Where Art Thou Oh American Patriot

Where Art Thou Oh American Patriot
Where is that feeling we once so nobly had;
That was once so high so honorable so bold,
That it radiated through hearts to the heavens
Of the young of the old
Beyond to the edge of the oceans
To the ends of the mountains
To the bottom of the seas,
Of that national "group think",
America make me love you or leave me,
That wonderful sense of American pride and conscientiousness objections,
That once so wonderfully united Americans in the past,
And kept us fighting and screaming at family gatherings and get-togethers
From the antiwar demonstrations of the late 60's and early 70's,
To the silly wonderful arguing and yelling
Between Archie Bunker and Michael Stivic,
The consensus that we so wisely once demonstrated and so nobly have shown
At the times necessary for our national survival, identity, dignity and pride.
And where is that united and community feeling we had as a people
During the last two major world wars,
Or when we met under a steeple
Or during the almost terminal fratricidal American Civil War,
The one that almost permanently divided
And ended this nation's
National bonds and borders forever.
Where art thou oh American Patriot
Willing to conscientiously object
Oh to scream love it or leave it
Where art thou

What Books Should be Read by Next President

It is said that years before a sitting U.S. President ever becomes President, he must have had some form of insight, intuition, sixth sense, or premonition that he would one day actually be president. Abraham Lincoln described it as a divine providence, knowing one day, deep in one's heart, that he would one eventually be president.  Everyone who met him felt his unique exuberance, that he would be a fine President!
